Membership Assistance Program Demonstration Grant, 1988-1991

Directed the establishment of a National model for cooperative Labor/Management Membership Assistance Program for the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA) and it's signatory employers.

Managed the design and implementation of a comprehensive joint labor/management employee assistance program (EAP) in five cities (Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Albany, Buffalo and Schenectady) for participating union workers and signatory contractors.

Project management, design and implementation of Consortium Employee Assistance Programs Model for the Automotive Trade Association of the National Capital Area (200 Dealer Members).
